ALL our Mat Classes and some of our Apparatus Classes and are available via LIVE STREAM from your home and/or whilst you travel.
These classes are designed to bring balance to the body, and return us to optimal posture. The Reformer is world renowned. It irons out the creases in the body by working you safely against spring resistance. you will increase your overall strength flexibility and stability. Your alignment is renewed with a return to efficient movement.
This is an excellent workout to counter the effects of a desk bound lifestyle. The Reformer class support the health & balance for all. It's the intelligent choice for runners, cyclists and weight trainers. Choose this class if you are returning from Injury.
Did you know the real name for this apparatus is the Universal Reformer, universal - for everyone, reformer reform the body. Everyone will benefit from a Reformer workout.
Additionally in this class You will be introduced to other key pieces of Pilates apparatus for enhanced training, such as the Pilates Barrels, the Pilates Wunda Chair, the Magic Circle, the Tower & Cadillac. Even the Foot Corrector and Toe Corrector may appear.
You will receive personal hands on and cues to help you connect for enhanced training and body experience.

A full body sculpt, rapid results in building strength, flexibility and stamina.
Take your workout onto the powerful and simple to use Pilates apparatus known as Tower Unit (the Cadillac). Different to the Reformer classes, the Tower uses spring resistance to full capacity, strengthening and toning the whole body to create powerful, resilient muscles.
This Pilates is a full body workout and is extremely good for metabolism and muscle burning whilst challenging you in all kinds of shapes. Tiring one muscle group and then quickly moving on to another.
This workout is designed to challenge large muscle groups, and the smaller stabiliser muscles, and of course your power centre. The Tower Unit simultaneously supports the spine as you begin to mobilise, strengthen and stretch this very special area of the body.
Expect this class to be a fun, easy to grasp with a spicy challenge. All are Welcome.
Expect to feel invigorated and worked out all over.

In this class expect no escape for the body, except to activate. You will be challenged and develop power strength. Expect to be challenged with agility, balance and stamina, and at the same time open and stretch all areas of the body.
The workout is based on two key pieces of apparatus.
The Wunda Chair
This unique piece of apparatus was designed by Mr Joseph Pilates as the first at home gym trainer. It was designed for small loft apartments in NYC. It is remarkable for its support and challenge. Everything you can do on a Reformer or Mat you can do here, but tougher and with more challenge.
The Barrels
The Barrels are the antidote to the Wunda chair. Their gentle form helps open, and release long held tightness in the body.
In combination, these two pieces of apparatus work in harmony to bring balance and order to the body.
A class for those with a regular practice, for teachers, and for those wanting to work hard.

All our Mat classes are vigorously paced dependant on the level with a focus on fluid transitions and sharpening the technique within your body.
The Mat work is a powerful standalone practice using your bodyweight against gravity. This applied movement builds muscle group strength and cooperation. Expect to improve core strength and spinal articulation along with hip and shoulder mobility and strength and coordination.
The Mat practice is a great adjunct to any other training that you might be pursuing, or simply use the Mat as a practice to keep your body supple and robust.
Those who are new to the Mat work may want to consider taking L1 to begin in order to attain a good grounding moving up the levels as you feel.
All our Pilates mat classes at Pi tend to follow a regular order of exercises this means you will build consistency within your body. You may well have heard of some of them; The Hundred, The Abdominal Series, The Teaser to name a few. This process makes it easy to move from level to the next.

Mat with Magic Circle | L2 L3
About this Class
All the benefits of our usual Mat Classes, but with addition of the Magic Circle to improve hip and shoulder stability.
The Magic Circle is part of Joseph Pilates classic equipment. It is a small but mighty tool that helps develop a connection to the abdominal muscles, the shoulder girdle, the bodies centre line as well as providing muscular feedback.
The Magic Circle can be incorporated into any of the classical mat repertoire, as well as for standing exercises to help develop balance, control and postural awareness.

Mat Archival| L2 L3
About the Class.
A Strong Workout, with all the benefits of our Mat class, but with addition of a mix of archival mat exercises, all structured to come together on the mat for this exciting, powerful and strong workout.
Archival; Meaning referring to the way Mr Pilates himself trained his body. In adjusting some of the exercises of the mat repertoire towards more archival approach creates a different focus in the body.
The exercises will add a challenge, spice and fun element addition to your Pilates practice, keeping the effects on the body novel.
Pilates was always designed to be natural for our bodies, build mental focus, strength and stretch.
Expect to feel challenged and stimulated
