General Terms & Conditions

1. Class & Session Cancellations

  • Group Classes: Minimum 12 hours’ notice required to cancel.

  • Private 1:1 or Duet 2:1 Sessions: Minimum 24 hours’ notice required to cancel.

  • Cancellations must be made personally via your online account.

  • Emails, phone calls, or voicemails are not accepted as valid cancellation methods.

  • Late cancellations will be charged the full session fee.

2. No-Shows

Clients who fail to attend a booked session without cancelling will be charged in full as a Late Cancellation.

3. Payment Policy

  • All sessions must be paid in advance.

  • Clients with an outstanding balance may not attend until payment is received.

  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

  • The Induction Package can only be purchased once per client.

  • Payments are made securely via Stripe. We do not accept cheques or cash.

  • All prices include VAT.

4. Studio Conduct & Policy Enforcement

We reserve the right to suspend or expel any client who:

  • Seriously or repeatedly breaches these terms, or

  • Fails to pay fees owed by the due date.

Expelled clients immediately cease to be members of Pi Studios, and all unused or pre-booked sessions will be forfeited.


Membership Terms – Please Read Carefully

1. Rolling Monthly Membership

  • Memberships are rolling contracts with automatic monthly payments.

  • Your enrolment date becomes your monthly billing date.

2. Active Card Required

  • You must always have an active and valid payment card stored in your online account.

  • If a payment fails due to insufficient funds or card issues, we reserve the right to continue attempting collection.

  • You may be restricted from booking until your balance is cleared.

3. Monthly Session Allocation

  • Once your monthly payment is processed, your account is credited with sessions, which can be used freely within the billing period.

4. No Carry-Overs or Transfers

  • Unused sessions cannot be carried over or transferred to another client or future month.

5. Cancellation Policy for Classes & Privates

  • Please refer to the General Terms & Conditions. Late cancellations result in session loss. Cancellations must be made via your online account.

6. Pause Policy

  • Memberships may be paused for one billing month at a time, with a minimum of 3 working days’ notice before your next payment.

  • Only one pause per time is allowed.

  • A pause is not considered a cancellation.

7. Cancelling Your Membership

  • One full calendar month’s notice in writing is required.

  • Example: If your billing date is the 15th, notice must be received before the 15th for that to be your final payment.

  • Pause requests do not qualify as cancellation.

8. End of 12-Month Contract

  • After 12 months, your membership continues unless cancelled.

  • To reinstate a membership after a break, you can log in via Bsport or contact the studio.

  • If no action is taken by the last billing date, your booking access will be removed at the end of the contract.

9. Pricing Reviews

  • Memberships and studio pricing are reviewed automatically each year and updated in June.


Package Expiry Periods

  • 1-Pack: 30 days from purchase

  • 6-Pack: 60 days from purchase

  • 12-Pack: 120 days from purchase

  • 24-Pack: 210 days from purchase


Health & Safety

  • All clients must complete a Health Screening Form on their first visit.

  • Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions or updates to their health status.

  • During a session, clients should stop immediately and notify the instructor if they experience pain or discomfort.

  • If a break in attendance due to medical reasons exceeds 4 weeks, clients must inform the studio so their workout can be adjusted.

  • Clients with verrucas or similar foot complaints must wear socks in the studio.

Age Policy

  • Ages 12–15: A parent/guardian must sign a waiver and be present during the session.

  • Ages 16–17: A parent/guardian must sign a waiver.

Prenatal Policy

  • A doctor’s approval is required before attending.

  • Private 1:1 sessions are strongly recommended for prenatal clients to ensure safety and individual attention.


Housekeeping

  • Pi reserves the right to substitute teachers due to illness or holiday.

  • Classes may be cancelled or changed due to teacher absence or low attendance (two or fewer clients).

  • Pi reserves the right to change services or schedules at any time.

  • No admittance to class after 10 minutes past the start time.

  • No chewing gum, food, sugary, or fizzy drinks near apparatus.

  • Phones must be on silent; all belongings should be stored in lockers.

  • Pi is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced items.

  • All sessions are 50 minutes.

  • Please wear appropriate fitness clothing and no jewellery.

  • Avoid zips or buttons, as they may damage equipment.

  • Aggressive or disrespectful behaviour is not tolerated. Please respect our teachers, studio, and fellow clients.
