FULL COMPREHENSIVE CERTIFICATION

The Pi Pilates Full Comprehensive Teacher Training is designed to deliver the highest quality classical Pilates Teacher Training. It is a Pilates professional training teaching the integration of mind body and spirit

Full-Comp.jpg

Pi Pilates Full Comprehensive Teacher Training Program

The Pi Pilates Comprehensive Certification is a distinguished Classical Pilates education, rooted in the authentic teachings of Joseph Pilates and his protégé, Romana Kryzanowska. Led by Holly Murray, who trained directly with Romana in 2002 and worked closely with Bob Liekens, this program delves deeply into the original Pilates Method. Holly’s dedication to preserving the integrity of the work includes a focus on archival material that has historically been overlooked, making this training a direct connection to Joseph Pilates himself.

The Pi Full Comprehensive Program is delivered through four in-person modules, followed by an in-depth, fully supported apprenticeship. You will master the fundamentals of The Method at the Intro Level, progress clients with increasing skill at the Progression Level, and ultimately challenge clients at the Challenge Level.

This comprehensive certification allows you to advance at your own pace, ensuring that you fully absorb each aspect of the training. Every module is designed to teach you how to guide your clients through the proper progression of exercises while correctly utilizing the Pilates apparatus. We emphasize that the Pilates method is a holistic, 360-degree approach—it's not just about moving through exercises linearly. By fully integrating exercises with the use of the apparatus, the true beauty and strength of The Method come alive.

You’ll gain expertise in using all the apparatus found in a fully equipped Pilates studio, including the Pilates Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Barrels, Pedi-Pole, and Magic Circle. This comprehensive training ensures you leave with a deep and thorough understanding of how to elevate your clients’ experience and outcomes through the authentic Pilates Method.

You can know all the exercises in The Method and still not know how to teach The Method, its an integrated system, know the system, know the concepts, now you understand The Method

  • Winter: The same content is delivered over four weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).

Alternatively, you can blend the two schedules by completing two modules during the Summer Intensive (first six days) and finishing with the final two weekends in the winter session. Please inform Pi if you wish to choose this option.
